Membership billing terms

Plans and recurring billing
Pro costs $9.99 per month or $99 per year. Elite costs $19.99 per month or $199 per year. Annual plans are charged in full each year; the monthly equivalent is for comparison. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Membership automatically renews at the chosen interval until canceled. Review the total and renewal interval before paying.
What membership includes
Pro includes the original matchup research checklist and probability workshop in the member library. Elite includes those guides plus the scouting and film-review workbooks. These are educational resources, not a live data or game-footage subscription. Future features are not part of the current purchase unless explicitly listed as available.
Canceling renewal
Sign in, open the membership section, and choose Manage billing / cancel renewal. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Cancellation normally leaves access available through the paid period. You can update payment details and view invoices in the same portal. If you cannot access it, contact support promptly.
Refund requests
For an accidental purchase, duplicate charge, or service problem, email maddmoepicasso@picassomoes.com with your account email, charge date and reason. Do not send card details. Refund requests receive individual review; submitting a request does not automatically issue a refund. Canceling renewal does not itself refund an earlier payment. Any rights required by applicable consumer law remain available. A fully refunded or disputed purchase may suspend paid access while reviewed.
Accounts and access
Use your own verified account. Access depends on confirmed payment and subscription status; returning from checkout alone does not activate membership. Unpaid or expired memberships do not provide paid-library access.
Sports education
SportzPick does not accept wagers, hold betting deposits, pay winnings, or guarantee sports outcomes. Membership does not include redeemable credits or betting funds.
