Updated October 26, 2026. These terms describe the SportzPick website and Android app. SportzPick is a sports media product. It is not a sportsbook and it does not take real-money picks.
Who can use SportzPick
SportzPick is for people 18 and older. You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live.
Accounts
Sign-in is optional and handled by Clerk. When you create an account, SportzPick stores the account identifier from Clerk, a display name, and the time the account was created. You can delete the account from the delete-account page while you are signed in.
Save library to account stores followed teams, leagues, reading lists, and reading preferences with that account. Loading a saved library onto another device replaces the selections on that device. Practice tickets and your state preference stay on the device. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not part of the library snapshot.
Membership
The website can offer a Pro plan and other plans listed at checkout. Stripe processes the payment and the renewal. Price, billing interval, cancellation, and refunds are in the membership terms. The Android app does not sell memberships or change subscriptions. An existing member can sign in and read included guides.
Practice picks and pick credits
The pick board uses sample scores, schedules, records, and prices. Practice amounts on that board have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn or redeemed, and they do not place a wager. A saved ticket stays on the device until you clear site data.
Pick credits are a separate allowance for generating research picks when that tool is turned on. A verified account can include complimentary credits. A paid membership can include a monthly allowance. Pick credits are not cash, not a wager, and not redeemable for money. Extra pick-credit purchases are not offered on the public site while the tool is off.
Information from other sources
Scores, schedules, and headlines can come from outside providers. They can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. SportzPick does not guarantee that information, and it does not guarantee the outcome of any game. Links to other sites follow those sites' own terms.
Liability
SportzPick is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, SportzPick is not liable for decisions you make using the site, for provider data, or for interrupted service. Where a limit on liability is not allowed, this section applies only as far as the law allows.
